Urban Design and Planning Lead
Euan Mills
Euan Mills has been leading the Future of Planning programme at Future Cities Catapult.
Euan is an Urban Designer with 16 years’ experience working in the built environment industry. He spent 6 years providing design advice to the Mayor of London and his planning team, and contributed towards a number of key planning policy and research documents. Before this he worked at Urban Initiatives developing master plans and regeneration strategies for public and private sector. Euan has also set up the Chatsworth Road Neighbourhood Forum and Traders and Residents Association.

Head of Global Business Engagement and Growth
Amy Hochadel
Dr Amy Hochadel is Head of Global Business Engagement and Growth at Future Cities Catapult.
Amy has over two decades of experience in politics & public policy and community & government relations. She develops projects and works with private clients and governments in the United Arab Emirates, India, Malaysia and across the United Kingdom and European Union.
Her Doctorate is from King’s College London in Global Political Economy, and she specialises in enabling local governments around the world to build international economies and future resilience. Her new book, Local Leadership in a Global Era focuses on the types of policies local governments need to adopt and the behaviours they need to exhibit if they hope to thrive in the global innovation economy.

Director of Digitising Planning and Standards
Stefan Webb
Stefan has led our Future of Planning work that has instigated the national digital transformation of the planning system, as well being a thought leader on digital transformation across the built environment.
He has conceived of, designed and built a number of prototypes of new planning tools and regularly speaks at national and international planning conferences on the subject.
