Invest in Great Ideas: Design in Innovation for Smart City Mobility

In dynamic markets, it is better to disrupt your own business than have your competitors force disruption on you. The world’s most innovative companies use design, integrated across their business, to keep ahead of the competition through creating better products, services, processes and business models.

The Transport Systems Catapult, Future Cities Catapult and KTN invite companies to a half-day event to boost your business’ innovation capabilities using early stage design and new funding from Innovate UK.

Across the broad realm of smart city mobility, the event will bring together companies and designers to:

  • craft new value propositions by using human centred design in early R&D
  • explore techniques to help stimulate innovation and problem solving
  • explore business support through Innovate UK, the Catapults and KTN

The event will help you address the question: “We think have a great solution. But how can we be confident it is solving a real problem and that people will buy it?”
